untitledBanco Popular North America won a $2.4 million foreclosure judgment against Rock Dove Peg LLC, a Miami company managed by Salomon Yuken and David F. Anderson.

Rock Dove Peg borrowed the money in July 2005 to finance its $2.65 million purchase of vacant multi-family land at 1341 Rock Dove Court in Punta Gorda.

The land is scheduled to be sold at auction by the Charlotte County Clerk of Court on March 13.

Prior to the purchase by Rock Dove Peg, the land was owned by Elliott Watson Ventures, which sold it on July 22, 2005 to Anderson for $1.75 million.

Anderson then increased the value by $900,000 by selling?the land?on the same day to his own company - Rock Dove Peg.
