With all the fuss over Instagram's new terms of service, photo filter apps are certainly making the news this week. Do you use them?
Even though Instagram has backtracked on their new ToS, that hasn't been enough to stop loads of fans from ditching them. Even big users like National Geographic suspended posting on the service. If you're wary of using Instagram, we've shown you other great services that allow you to do mostly the same thing?on both iOS and Android. Even Flickr is now offering photo filters and you can easily import your Instagram photos to Flickr.
