Company Utilizes Interpreter For Customer Service Calls

I am interviewing with this cable company and they had me sit with a representative to get a feel of how the calls go. While I was sitting with one rep, she had a French customer call in and they had to conference in one of the over the phone interpreters that explains what the customer is saying and then goes back and forth. The call took quite a while to handle, but the problem was handled to the customer?s satisfaction.
